So remember a long time ago (gosh, it must have been the beginning of September) when I said that I would post pictures of the marina? Well, at long last here they are. You now get to see one of my favorite places in the world. . .
This bike path runs along the west side of the San Francisco Bay. You can just hop on your bike and ride for miles and miles. It is so beautiful there, especially in the springtime when all the flowers are in bloom. My personal favorites are the bright orange California poppies.
This is the perfect place to go when you need a place to think. I like to take a good book with me and stop at one of the park benches along the way to read.
Most times when I have ridden down this path I have gone with my Aunt Josiane. We have had some good talks along the marina about life, future plans, careers, and family.
If only I lived closer . . .
